This is the very first song I ever wrote in Okinawa, and first song I released in 4 years. This one is very personal. I've been feeling like I'm neglecting music while my partner and I spent most of our time together researching Okinawa and getting ready to sell our house and move. There was a lot to do (you can only imagine).

What I realized recently is that my family/partner is the most important thing in my life no matter what. And that was, is and always will be my top priority. And that's essentially what the song is all about.

Truth be told, I wanted to write a fun, island reggae song. But this one had to come first. What wants to come out has to come out when it comes to music.

So this one comes from my raw, honest feelings and experiences. And this is something I probably wouldn't have understood when I was younger. So I guess you'd have to be somewhat mature to get what I'm talking about lol.
